Osiris works best on a PC or laptop using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Please read the entire guide before starting the enrollment process.
If you're unable to enroll, first ask a fellow student for help. If it still doesn't work, contact your academy office. Always include your name, student number, the module code and/or the full name of the module, and describe the issue clearly in your email.
Below we explain the steps you need to follow to successfully submit your preferences.
Go to osirisstudent.avans.nl and sign in.
Click the three lines (hamburger icon) in the top left corner to expand the menu, then click on 'Enrol'.
Next, click on 'Pre-enrol elective education'.
Then click the arrow at the bottom.
You will now see the modules provided. Select your top 3 and click the arrow.
Use the search icon to search for a module
You will now see the modules you have selected. You can adjust the ranking using the buttons on the right. Once the ranking is correct, you can continue by clicking the arrow.
Check the choices in the overview. If needed, you can still make changes using the 'Edit' button. This will take you back to the list of modules, where you can make adjustments and also change the ranking.
Then click on 'Confirm pre-enrolment'.
CHECK! Registration overview — DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
Go back by clicking on 'Enrol' and choose 'Show my enrolments'.
Under the 'Courses' section, the pre-enrolments for the relevant block is visible under 'Pre-enrolments elective education'
Here you can see which modules you have pre-enrolled for and in what order.
If you want to change your preferences, use the 'Edit' button. This will take you back to the screen showing your registered preferences.
Then click 'Edit' again.
This will take you back to the list of modules, where you can make adjustments and also change the ranking.
