Introduction:
This manual describes which reports a projectleader in Jedox has access to and what can be seen in these reports. The data in Jedox is very up to date. If an hour was approved or an invoice was booked yesterday, it will be visible in Jedox today.
The following link is used to log in to Jedox: Jedox link
Home Screen:
From the home screen you can go to:
- Project Overzicht. (Project overview)
- Project Voortgangsrapportage Extern. (Project progress report)
- Dashboard per Project.
Project Overzicht (Project overview):
The project overview shows all projects to which the project leader is linked in ABW as project leader or sub-project leader and that are currently active.
A column can be hidden by clicking on the column name. The hidden columns become visible again using the 'Toon alle kolommen' button.
From this overview you can go to:
- The project progress report. (V)
- Dashboard per Project. (D)
By clicking once on the icon with 4 stripes, the bar on the left disappears. This will no longer be visible the next time you log in. You do not need any information in this bar.
Project Voortgangsrapportage Extern (Project progress report):
The financial status of the project can be viewed in this project progress report. This can be done for both the current year and the entire project period. There is also a separate tab on which the hours and costs per employee can be viewed.
Various project data are visible on the cover page of this report, such as the start and end dates of the project and the subsidy percentage.
You can switch to another project using the search bar.
From this cover page you can go to:
- The tab 'Voortgangsrapportage' (Progress report)
- The tab 'Voortgangsrapportage Uren' (Progress report Hours)
Tab 'Voortgangsrapportage' (Progress report)
The 'Voortgangsrapportage' tab shows the Budget, Realization and Prognosis of the entire project period by default. These are divided into Costs, Revenues and Result.
You can also only look specifically at the current year. To do this, check 'Toon Details' so that more columns appear.
By checking the box 'Kostensoorten uitklappen', the level of detail to the general ledger account will appear.
By unchecking 'Verberg deelproject' and then clicking on the bold project number at line level, the sub-projects will expand on this line.
Click on the arrow at the top to hide the filters.
Tab 'Voortgangsrapportage Uren' (Progress report Hours)
This tab shows the same columns of information as the 'progress report' tab, but at employee level. The employees are listed alphabetically and the same 'Toon Details' feature is available here.
In the Measurement filter you can choose to show the employees with hours, hourly rates or amounts.
Dashboard per Project
The dashboard for each project contains a number of useful graphs that show the status of the project at a glance. For example, you can see the Total project costs compared to the budget, how this is distributed over time and how many hours have been realized per employee in the current year compared to the prognosis.
