In this instructional overview we address a few extra features:

Popups must be allowed. It maybe that pop ups are blocked. These should always be allowed" This is a one time action. You can find the pop up menu in Google Chrome on the right hand side of your screen. In Internet Explorer it is located under the address bar.
- By choosing 'advanced search' it is possible to choose more filters in order to narrow the search down to a specific group.
- Under Print options you can choose how the report should look. An Avans selection is always set as standard.
On the right hand side of the screen, various reports can be chosen from the drop down menu (only a few are available) and different layouts can also be chosen. You can also choose what language the report should be in, the document format and you can choose to print out a cover page too.
By clicking on 'Submit"the report will be generated and automatically downloaded. All reports are saved with a unique file name. It is at times hard to recognise which report is which, by looking at the generated file name. The report will be saved in the folder where your computer automatically saves Internet downloads.
